After arriving in the US in 1981, Clement Liu began his career in the food industry. In 1992, he opened his first quick-service Chinese restaurant as a sole proprietor in a shopping plaza. He expanded his enterprise to three additional locations and joined a Japanese Corporation as a District Supervisor in 1997.
Clement demonstrated his management skills and expertise in overseeing 32 store fronts across three states, leading the Japanese Corporation's Mideast region to become one of the top three districts within the company. In 2007, Clement resigned from the Japanese Corporation to pursue his passion and established Osaka Japan, known for its exceptional cuisine and excellent service.

We specialize in delivering exceptional teppanyaki meals and outstanding customer service at an affordable price. Our approach to achieving continuous improvements involves identifying areas for improvement, training staff, reinforcing best practices, and replacing outdated processes or equipment.

We are expanding our presence in Utah and are in the process of establishing our business in the Las Vegas market. Both markets are experiencing growth, and we have identified favorable potential for business expansion.
